SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Deco-Luminaires delivers everywhere in the world with International tracking colissimo (La Poste).
Allow 2-15 business days for delivery within France mainland and international orders.
If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails. Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Deco-Luminaires Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Deco-Luminaires Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your Postal tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you. Cut and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email to the Coliposte Tracking form.
If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
* Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Saturdays.
* There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver
* It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the Coliposte website.
Shipping costs are based on product weight and destination address. To see shipping costs, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to check out.
You can return any item purchased on the Deco-Luminaires website. Returns of items are accepted within 7 days of receiving the items if we receive them unworn. You will be credited for the full product value on qualifying returns. Shipping charges are not refunded by Deco-Luminaires.
Items that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original box.
1.Please contact Deco-LuminairesCustomer Service, indicating your order number, a description of the item you wish to return and the reason for return.
2.Deco-Luminaires will email you within two to four business days with the mailing address for our returns facility and the Return Form.
3.Pack the items to return in the original shipping parcel(s).
4.Clearly identify our returns facility address as the destination on the package labeling.
5.Put the returnable item(s) and your Return Form in the original shipment packaging. Please include all product-packing materials.
6.Present the package to any carrier. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.
7.Once received at our returns facility, we will credit your return
